Qualifying educational institutions have their own Google programme. If that's you, go direct.
Annual commitment direct from Google
Committing to twelve months with Google saves about 16% against flexible monthly billing. If you only need a couple of mailboxes, buying direct is completely reasonable.

Workspace Inboxes — questions, answered
Is this the official Google Workspace plan?
Yes — genuine paid Business Starter inboxes: custom-domain email, 30 GB storage per user, and the full Meet/Calendar/Docs/Drive suite. These are ordinary paid Google accounts, not accounts riding on someone else's non-profit or education eligibility, so there is no status that can be withdrawn later.
Do I get an invoice and receipt?
Yes. These are paid accounts with a proper billing trail — invoice and receipt included. If you need documentation for accounting or a procurement process, you have it.
Who holds admin access?
You do. The accounts sit on your own domain with the admin console in your hands. We never ask for your password, and we don't retain administrative access after handover.
How does billing work, and can I get it cheaper at volume?
It's a monthly subscription billed by us through Stripe, starting at $3 per user. Larger seat counts and longer commitments bring the per-user rate down — as low as $2 depending on quantity and term. Change your seat count any time and your next invoice adjusts automatically. Talk to us before buying if you're provisioning in bulk.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Business Starter includes professional email on your own custom domain. We help you connect it during setup.
