About this licence

Where it comes from: these tenants were originally approved under a non-profit, education or legacy programme, and are passed on by the organisation that holds that approval. That's why there's no monthly bill. Worth weighing: the approval sits with them rather than you, so Google could review it. If you'd rather have no eligibility dependency at all, our $3/user/month inboxes are ordinary paid Google accounts in your own name.

FAQ

Workspace Panel — questions, answered

What does the 300-user limit mean?

The tenant supports up to 300 user accounts. That capacity is included in the one-time price.

Is this really a one-time cost?

There is no recurring charge from us, and no monthly Google fee while the tenant retains its current status. That last part is the caveat worth reading twice — the absence of a monthly fee comes from the tenant's non-profit, education or legacy status, not from a commercial plan you hold.

Do we need to qualify as a non-profit ourselves?

No — and that is precisely the thing to understand before buying. The eligibility sits with the organisation that originally had the tenant approved, not with you. You are not obtaining your own Google non-profit approval, and buying this does not make you eligible for one.

What should I weigh before buying?

That the approval underpinning the tenant belongs to the organisation passing it on, and Google can review eligibility. If a tenant's status were withdrawn, the seats would go with it. Plenty of buyers look at the economics and decide it stacks up — we just think that call should be made with the facts in hand rather than discovered later.

What if I'd rather have no eligibility dependency?

Take our Google Workspace inboxes instead — $3 per user per month, less at volume. Ordinary paid Google accounts on your own domain, with an invoice and receipt in your name and nothing riding on anyone else's status. For a lot of buyers that is simply the better fit.
